GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed in India are catered to by SHIPROCKET
We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 3-4 weeks. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
STEP 1: Send us an email within 5 business days of receiving the package on firstname.lastname@example.org. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for an exchange.
STEP 2: The team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with a return label.
STEP 3: Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back.
COMMNSENS reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the garments are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

- Your card will be billed by the payment gateway when your payment is confirmed and subsequently the package will be shipped to its final international destination.

- You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel
- COMMNSENS has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
- It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Each of our pieces is hand-crafted and made with a lot of love and care. We request you to look after each piece with utmost care. Each garment has care instructions listed in the product page and also read the tags on the inside of the garments carefully.
